# Artikel 2.3 – Microfoon

**Artikel 2.3 – Microfoon** 

* Het is verplicht een werkende en goed verstaanbare microfoon te hebben. 
* Taalgebruik is beperkt tot Nederlands of Engels; andere talen zijn niet toegestaan. 
* Misbruik van de microfoon, zoals hieronder beschreven, wordt bestraft volgens categorie 1 t/m 5. 

Voorbeelden van misbruik: 

* Earrapen (luid, irritant geluid). 
* Gebruik van soundpads. 
* Gebruik van stemvervormers, behalve wanneer dit redelijk blijft en je nog menselijk klinkt. 

**Bij overtreding zal dit resulteren in een straf volgens categorie 2.**
